Consultancy Services for Organizational Structure Review, Realignment and Human Capital Policies Development/Review For Botswana Trade Commission

Role Purpose:
The Botswana Trade Commission (BOTC) was established through the BOTC Act of 2013 (amended in 2023) to administer and facilitate international trade; to regulate import and exports; implement the SACU Agreement and to provide for matters incidental thereto. The Commission further administers trade instruments such as rebates, duty drawbacks to promote productivity and industry competitiveness.
The purpose of this tender is to engage consultancy services for Organizational Structure Review, Realignment and Human Capital Policies Development/Review for Botswana Trade Commission.

Key Duties/Responsibilities (as per PPRA Codes):
The services required fall under the following PPRA Codes:

Code: 315 – Human Resources Services:
- Sub-Code 01 – Organisational Design and Change Management
- Sub-Code 02 – Job Evaluation, Compensation and Reward Management
- Sub-Code 03 – Human Resources Policy
Code 317 – Other Consultancy Services:
- Sub-Code 01 – Management Consultancy Services.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Suitable and experienced candidates registered with PPRA in the following Categories are invited to submit proposals for the below-mentioned tenders.
This tender is reserved for 100% citizens or citizen contractors as stated under Section 76 (1) of the Public Procurement Act.
Preference margins will be applied to qualifying bidders in line with the Local Procurement Scheme and Economic Diversification Drive (EDD).
