Job Title:
REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS for The Provision of Tourist Package for BOSETU Members

Role Purpose:
Botswana Sectors of Educators Trade Union (BOSETU) wishes to invite 100% Botswana Citizen-owned companies to submit offers for The Provision of Tourist Package for BOSETU Members.

Key Duties/Responsibilities (Scope of Work / Tender Information):

The Procuring Entity Is: BOSETU
The detailed Request for Quotations (RFQ) forms are available free of charge for collection from BOSETU Head Office from the 29th of May 2026 from 0830hrs-1630hrs (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Qualifications/Requirements:

Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana, must be registered with ALL of the following Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be considered for this tender;
- PPRA Code 102 - Tourism and Travel Related Services, Sub Code 01 - Travel Related Services (Travel Agencies)
- PPRA 102 - Tourism and Travel Related Services, Sub-Code 02 (Tour operator services (Tourist information services)
- PPRA code 129 (Passenger Transport Services), Sub-Code 02 (Land)

Application Details:

The bid documents should be hand delivered to BOSETU Head Office situated in Extension 2 Opposite European Union, Second Floor.
The Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope labelled 'THE PROVISION OF TOURIST PACKAGE FOR BOSETU MEMBERS'.
All clarifications and queries which must be in writing must be addressed to: procurement@bosetu.org.bw before the deadline.
Deadline for submission is Thursday 11th June 2026 at 1500hrs in BOSETU Head Office Extension 2.
Submissions received after the closing date, telegraphic, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Late submissions will be rejected and returned to bidders. Names and addresses of bidders should be reflected on the envelopes.
NB: There will be NO Public Bid Opening
