Document may-be collected between 0730hrs -1245hrs and 1345hrs-1630hrs during working days with effect from 8th June 2026. Tender documents shall be collected at office CO4 Supplies Warehouse depot near Letlhakane Police.
A non-refundable fee of P150.00 payable by cash or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) made out in favour of BOTETI DISTRICT COUNCIL prior to collecting the tender document must be made at Treasury Department, Revenue office No. A1, Rural Administration Centre, Letlhakane from 0730 hours to 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours.
100% youth owned companies shall pay P75.00 of the tender sum and will be required to produce a company extract from CIPA and a copy of Omang for proof of ownership. The receipt will be required during collection of the tender document.
Tenderers wishing to attend the opening of the tender may do so or send representatives at the Boteti District Council.
