Tender documents are sent to bidders via the Sprint portal upon provision of proof of payment to obw.tenders@orange.com and submission of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), during working hours 0800-1230hrs and 1400-1630hrs on weekdays.

Tender proposals are to be submitted in two folds (technical and commercial) on the Sprint portal by 12 August 2026 at 1500hrs local time. Telegraphic, telephone, facsimile, email and late submissions will not be accepted. There will be no public tender opening session.
